Silvia Martinelli
Silvia Martinelli draws inspiration for her Giardini di Toscana perfumes from her aromatic gardens in Tuscany, where smells evoke deep memories, from childhood moments and floral hypnosis to the scent of grandma's cookies and spicy citrus fruits. Tuscan gardens combine nature and architecture, embodying a harmonious bond between human art and the land.
In 1942, Silvia's grandparents, Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci, founded a Bottega in a picturesque medieval village in the Casentino Valley. Originally a pharmacy, this small shop evolved into a perfumery that still has the original recipe book. In the sixties, his daughter Irma transformed it into a luxury boutique.
Silvia, born in the midst of this legacy, now makes Giardini di Toscana perfumes, combining traditional craftsmanship with innovation, using the best raw materials and ancestral techniques.
