Casamorati is a collection of vintage perfumes from the Xerjoff house, inspired by the ancient art of Italian perfumery.
The brand recreates the history of the glorious perfume house founded by Claudio Casamorati in Italy in the 19th century, with the intention of safeguarding the historical and artistic heritage of the glamorous Art Nouveau era.
In 1888, Claudio Casamorati founded the C. Casamorati Perfume Factory in Bologna, a perfume house that enjoyed great success around the world for its magnificent fragrances and bath soaps.
During those years of production, Casamorati received numerous prizes and precious rewards at important national and international exhibitions.
Queen Margherita of Savoy adored Casamorati essences to such an extent that she gave the founder her gold brooch as a token of gratitude. In the middle of the 20th century, due to a financial crisis, Casamorati was forced to close the factory.
These perfumes disappeared from the market until Sergio Momo, founder of Xerjoff, decided to return Casamorati to the glories of the beginning of the century.
The Casamorati perfume collection combines the utmost luxury and the quality of materials, paying homage to Italianness, art and nature.
